Mark Romanek was born on the 18th of September 1958 in Chicago, Illinois, United States he is an American filmmaker who also directed work also includes; feature films, music videos, and also TV commercials. Mark has won the Grammy Award for The Best Music Video and has completed music videos such as shake it off by Taylor Swift, Bedtime Story by Madonna and Invisible by U2, all very popular songs credited for being greatly put together and created. As well as receiving the Grammy Award for The Best Music Video, Mark has also won 20 MTV Video Music Awards, including Best Direction for Jay-Z's "99 Problems", and he has won three Grammy Awards for Best Short Form Music Video (more than any other director). Mark Romanek is one of the best directors with him making some of the best music videos in the world for the most famous music artists in the world including directing for Madonna, David Bowie, Janet Jackson, Jay Z and many more. mark Romanek produced the music video for Michael and Janet Jackson in 1995 for the song 'Scream', which is one of the most expensive music videos of all time costing a total of $10,834,025.
